If you have lost your debit card or it has been stolen, it is wise to block it right away so that it cannot be misused. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to blocking your debit card.
Step 1: Log in using your identification code
Step 2: Go to 'Self-service'
Step 3: Click 'Block/unblock debit card'
Step 4: Select a debit card
You will see all your debit cards. Click ‘Block’ next to the card you wish to block. Your card has not yet been blocked.
Step 5: Check and block
Check the details again.
Enter your mobile number if you would like to receive confirmation by text message (optional).
Step 6: Click 'block'
Step 7: Your debit card has now been blocked
Step 8: If you are finished using Internet Banking, be sure to always log out.
