General questions

Multibanking is for ABN AMRO personal customers aged 16 or over, who have one or more current accounts with a different bank. 

You can currently add current accounts you hold with ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank and SNS. In the future, you'll be able to add accounts held with almost any Dutch bank. 

We will treat your details associated with the accounts you hold with other banks in the same way that we do your ABN AMRO account details. For more information, please read our privacy statement.
No, you can only view the balance and the transactions of at least 90 days for any of the accounts you hold with another bank.

Adding or removing an account

  • You give the other bank permission once only (link) to forward us your account details. 
  • Add your other current accounts
  • We retrieve your account details from the other bank each time you log in to the Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking.
  • You can always view your current balance and the transactions of at least 90 days.
This depends on your other bank. If your bank supports Multibanking, you will also be able to add your ABN AMRO current accounts to that bank's account overview.
No, you can only add current accounts held with other banks at this time.

Giving permission

Yes, you give each bank permission once only. You will be asked to renew your permission after 90 days.
