Cancel printed account statements

Cancel your printed paper statements and simply download them free of charge using Internet Banking. That way, you will always have a handy digital copy.
 

How it works

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to 'Self service' and click 'Stop paper account statements'
  3. Select the account(s) for which you want to cancel printed statements
  4. Click ‘Adjust' & 'Send’
