Your history can cause problems in Internet Banking. This can be because it has filled up the temporary memory of your device. Or because pages or cookies are blocking something. Troubleshoot this issue by deleting your browsing history and logging in to Internet Banking again.

This is how you delete your browser history
Google Chrome
Press the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys at the same time.
At the top of the window select 'beginning of time' under 'Clear the following items from'.
Tick the boxes for 'Browsing history,' 'Cookies and other site data,' and 'Cached images and files'
Next, click 'Clear browsing data'.
Safari
Click 'Safari' in the top left corner of the menu bar.
Then click 'Clear history'. Or
Hold down the Shift button and click the circular arrow icon in the address bar.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the browser bar.
Click 'History'.
Next, click 'Clear history'.
Tick the boxes for 'Cached data and files' and 'Cookies and saved website data'.
Next, click 'Clear'.
Mozilla Firefox
Press the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys at the same time.
Click the drop-down menu next to 'Time range to clear' and select 'Everything'.
Does the 'Details' arrow point downward? If it does, click it. This will open the drop-down menu.
Tick the boxes for 'Browsing and Download history,' 'Form & Search History,' 'Cookies', 'Cache' and 'Active logins'.
Next, click 'Clear Now'
Internet Explorer
Press the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys at the same time.
Tick the boxes for 'Temporary internet files and website files,' 'Cookies and website data' and 'History'.
