'Self service' page set to disappear from the app

Everything you can do under 'Self service' is in a different place in the app from now on. 

Good to know: we are changing the app step by step, which is why some parts of it look different. But you are of course still banking with the high level of security you've come to expect from us.

For current and savings accounts

You'll now find 'Self service' in the top-right of your screen for each current or savings account. You can easily manage your account there.

For example:

  • Have a debit card replaced or blocked.
  • Change your card limits.
  • Apply for an overdraft.
  • Download overviews and statements.
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: add and manage debit cards.
  • Turn the Savings Lock on or off.

For products

To manage one of your products or request a new one, take the following steps:

  • Tap 'Products' in the bottom-left of your screen.
  • At the top of the screen, there is a bar you can swipe left and right.
  • Use this to select the product you're looking for.
