“I speak to clients who have already applied for a loan, but also to clients who have only just started looking around on our website to see what we have available and have questions about borrowing money. I help them submit documents for their loan application and ask if they’ve thought about covering the risks involved in taking out a loan. And if a client has changed the loan term in a loan offer, I explain that this can affect whether or not they will be approved for the loan.”
